I hired Dennis and Patrick to move junk from my home on 1.25.15. They were almost an hour late because they couldn't find my home. They gave me a discount for being late, but after 3 trips there was still junk which needed to be removed. It was moved to my front porch. I was told after the last trip that they would return to pick it up. I was also told that the trash would be moved to my curb the following Thurs. night by Patrick. No one returned. I called Dennis and was told by him that it would be picked up on 2.1.15 by 12:00. As of today, 2.4.15, the junk remains on my front porch. I'll have to hire another service to finish the job Happy Housekeeping did not. I will never use this service again and I would never refer it!!!!
