- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know your ideas, color preferences, style you are looking for. Then I may sketch up some ideas, and allow the customer review the drawings and make changes, before the build process begins. For repair inquiries, I ask for atleast 1-3 photos of the piece. Then I can begin to give the customer advice on which options are available to properly address the damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I formally expanded my abilities by enrolling in a apprenticeship program at a raymour and flanigan furniture facility. And from there I helped shape the modern company repair standards they use today.
