This was our first experience with using Thumbtack and we couldn’t be happier. Scott came to our apt and worked on our car the same day we put the request in. He completed various diagnostic checks on it before diagnosing the problem. He even went and picked up the part for us. Scott was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
