FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before your initial consult, I like to gather medical and nutrition background information for a comprehensive assessment. I also like to know your prospective goals, if you have any. As with collecting any personal health information (PHI), it is private and will only be shared between you and Randi Leigh RD, LLC. Your medical and nutrition history is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Before our initial consult, you will receive a text message or email asking you to fill out a few questionnaires so I can collect necessary information and your consent to collect this information. The text message or email will send you to a secured site through SimplePractice LLC. This is a protected medical electronic health record used to store all communication sent between you and Randi Leigh RD, LLC. You will be directed to create a profile and fill out necessary documents.
