The A&AC team came out and completed our patio project. It was a complex project to say the least. They use their knowledge of the trade and figured everything out. They rebuilt a garage wall for me. The spacing between the bricks on the new wall is not the same as the spacing on the other garage walls. There is a lot of mortar on the surface of the bricks...and we're not talking about a light amount that can be washed away with the acid spray that they use. They did a horrendous job of pointing. It was so, so sloppy. I wish that I could attach pictures. There are vertical cracks down the face of almost every brick. They installed a back door for the garage which isn't set properly. Again I wish I could attach a picture. The most bizarre thing about the door is that there are nails sticking out about an inch on the left side of the door frame. I was told that was how it was when Home Depot sold it. First I was told that the nails couldn't be removed as it would affect the stability of the structure. Then I was told that they could be safely removed. The motion detector lights at the front of the garage are supposed to turn off 20 seconds after motion is detected...they now stay on. This has been a nightmare for me.
