- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the project and time needed. Packages start at an affordable rate, with custom pricing available for larger events or special requests. There are no hidden fees any travel costs, add-ons, or extended time and are included in the price. Discounts may be available for bundled services, repeat clients, or nonprofits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your vision, needs, and goals. From there, We provide clear package options and confirm details like date, location, and timeline. Once booked, We stay in communication leading up to the shoot to ensure everything runs smoothly. After the session or event, you’ll receive professionally edited photos and/or videos no later than 5 days or sooner upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on training and real-world experience in photography and videography, with a strong focus on composition, lighting, and post-production editing.
