- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have specific pricing for each service I offer and usually 3 options per service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we usually have a phone or email conversation. From there, I encourage the client to view some of my work and we set up an in-person meeting. At that point we decide if we are a good fit for a working relationship and schedule the session. Following the sessio there is an in person review session when the client selects the images they want edited and after the post processing of the selected images is completed, we schedule an order day which can be either in person or online, though I generally prefer to make orders in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and make it a point to continually utilize the services offered to further my knowledge. No one is ever done learning and if they think they have learned all they can, odds are they haven't learned anything at all.
