- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing with occasional discounts for referrals or during special promotions. Please note that there may be additional fees for certain services, which would be communicated before a client proceeds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, I aim to schedule an initial meeting and a walkthrough to understand their needs and goals. Sometimes, we can just communicate through email or phone, and the client can send me photos, videos, and floorplans to help me prepare a quote. If the client decides to move forward with my services, I offer scheduling options to get the project on the calendar and assist with color selection if needed. Throughout the process, I keep communication open to try and ensure everything stays on track and make any necessary adjustments. My aim is to provide a seamless and successful experience for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gotten into wood finishing, carpentry, and spray techniques, picking up skills to turn regular wood into finished pieces. I’ve also explored decorative finishing, adding cool textures and effects to my work. This mix of skills and creativity lets me add a touch of artistry to everything I do.
