- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not a set price. It is a starting rate until the final look is confirmed. This means that the price will vary per style and length (if it is hairstyling). My pricing also does not include travel fee (this is separate based on the distance and can be discussed during the consultation). Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with all of my clients to determine desired results and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
