I'm not sure on quality of actual work but the salesperson I dealt with was extremely disrespectful and rude. I told him multiple times I was not going to make a decision on the spot and yet he kept pushing even after I told him he'd lose a sale due to making me feel uncomfortable. I asked him to leave multiple times and finally he took it upon himself to listen after calling me rude.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process after you book an appointment with us is we have one of our sales professionals come out to your home for an on-site estimate and consultation. From there we will determine what design, material and price point you are comfortable with. At that point we determine payment options, order materials and schedule your installation day at your convenience.
