My original appointment was for 9am I was notified about 15 minutes or so by email to call because he would need to come later and given at time of noon or a little after He arrived at 1:12 pm and left at 3:08 pm The job was okay It was my first time having a professional come out in power wash the property It didn't meet my expectations Thought it would be cleaner It seemed rushed I never saw any manually scrubbing "in the hard to areas" I felt needed more attention For example the corners of the capping or around the roof skylight From the sounds of it when going on the flat roof the pressure washer just made a quick pass over the skylight but didn't clean the roof His assistant was only up there about 10 minutes or so The service was performed I honor my commitments so paid what was charged

Dan called me , gave me a quote , completed the job immediately and performed all the tasks I requested. All I can say is , my roof looks like it is brand new . Great job !

Dan was able to come out the next day because we needed the roof cleaned ASAP for our insurance company. He followed up to make sure we were still happy with the service the next day. Highly recommend!

Submitted the request for power washing services to be performed on my house at 11:45pm Sunday and had the job completed by mid-afternoon the next day. Job was very well done and price was very reasonable, not to mention done with a friendly attitude. Overall extremely pleased. Would certainly recommend.
