- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drop off catering generally equates to $12 - 15 pp. Private dinner parties (7 - 9 people) = $425 - 450 (3 -4 courses)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a consultation (phone/in person) free of charge. I like to ask general cuisine questions (dietary needs, flavors, comforts) As a former teacher I like to ask for the client to bring a favorite food memory...it helps me to personalize the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Special Education teacher for 22 years. This professional training has enabled me to multi task as well as bring a multi-modal (multi - sensory) approach to planning the cuisine choices for any event.
