There was an initial hiccup because of materials not being delivered in time (not Zac's fault). But he apologized and personally informed us when he would be coming. When he did arrive, the work was fast and professional. He consulted us extensively as to what we needed from the job, and he came back later to do some further cleaning up. Not many would do this, so kudos to him! We needed a job done quickly for safety reasons, and were happy with the final result.
