Elyse Marie Yoga

Introduction: I became a yoga instructor to help others find balance and improve their quality of life through the practice and art of yoga. I have extensive experience working with beginners, clients who are dealing with chronic pain, and those looking to maintain and deepen their practice. In addition I’ve worked one on one and in group settings with student athletes to help with focus and injury prevention. As a former financial professional, I had been practicing yoga and creative movement for over 15 years. Time on the mat became my way of coping with 80-hour work weeks and high stress situations. Through the necessity of practice, I found my true joy and passion of not only practicing, but sharing my practice with others.
