- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are determined based on the scope and duration of the project and can be quoted on an hourly basis or on a project basis. Many of our clients are on a monthly retainer for our services. They purchase a block of hours for each month, based on their needs. We are flexible with and our pricing is fair and competitive. We will develop a customized suite of services that meets your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an introductory phone call. After the call, I provide a questionnaire for prospects and new clients to fill out. It asks questions about current and past marketing, web, social media and PR efforts, business goals and budget. The questionnaire helps me get a sense of where your business is currently and where you want it to be. It also helps me determine priorities for services that your business may need. For example, if you think you want public relations services but you do not have an online presence for your business, we will talk about establishing an online presence before we talk about how we will promote your business. The next step would be a paid strategy session to establish goals and tactics (how you wish to achieve them). Then my team will provide a proposal for the services that we all agree your business needs. Once the proposal is approved we will begin our service engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA, along with 30 years of business experience in a variety of disciplines. I have owned Debbie Goetz Media Connections for 6 years. My team members are highly educated and experienced in their respective disciplines.
