FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $40/hour, which reflects over 22 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles as an Executive Administrative Assistant, QA support, and Project Coordinator. I bring high-level organizational skills along with hands-on flexibility — whether you need help managing your calendar, running errands, organizing documents, or caring for your pets. When you work with me, you’re not just hiring someone to complete tasks — you’re gaining a trusted, experienced assistant who brings both corporate-level professionalism and a personal, can-do approach to every job. Special Offer: If you’re looking for consistent support, I offer a 5% discount when you book 40 hours or more in advance — a great way to save while getting reliable, top-tier assistance you can count on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a friendly, no-pressure consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and goals — whether you need administrative support, help staying organized, or someone reliable to run errands or care for your pets. From there, I’ll: Clarify your priorities – What’s most important to you? (e.g., scheduling, document management, errands, event planning, etc.) Create a tailored plan – I’ll propose how we can work together, whether it’s ongoing support, a short-term project, or just as-needed help. Establish communication preferences – I’ll work around your schedule and preferred methods (text, email, calls). Provide updates & adjust as needed – I’m flexible and easy to work with, and I’m always open to feedback so I can best support you. My goal is to make your life easier from day one — and build a trusted working relationship you can count on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background directly supports the quality, organization, and professionalism I bring to every client. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance Management, graduating magna cum laude, which gave me a strong foundation in organizational behavior, leadership, and productivity optimization. I am also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, which means I’ve been trained in process improvement, efficiency, and reducing errors — essential tools I apply daily when streamlining schedules, managing workflows, or organizing tasks for my clients. This blend of education and real-world experience allows me to offer thoughtful, structured, and high-quality support to busy individuals and teams who value dependability and results.
