Sent a request and Woody came out within the hour to help me diagnose an obscure issue where a single circuit trips when it rains heavily. He replaced the breaker to start, and then did a thorough investigation to note potential sources of trouble. He gave some recommendations and let me know to give him a shout if we ran into the problem again Extremely professional, fast to respond, and explained the potential issues with clarity.
