The inspector was very pleasant. He pointed out a few things to me and made me feel a part of the inspection. He checked my electrical outlets, plumbing and appliances. He very thoroughly checked everything from my roof to my basement, and the entire exterior of my new home. I felt confident with my purchase, after knowing exactly what I was buying.

We hired Wood-Stone for Radon Testing. They were very professional and informative. They explained why it is important to have Radon tests periodically as over time the levels can change drastically. Their report was very detailed and provided recommendations based on the test results. We will continue to hire them each year for this service! A+++

Very professional and thorough. Bob was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly as we went along. Patty was very helpful with coordinating the appointment with the realtors. I needed last minute inspections for a 3 family property I was purchasing so I could close the deal in 3 days. They were able to get an inspector there the next morning and I had the report within 24 hours. Very flexible by keeping slots open for emergency inspections is a great service! I will definitely be using them again for my future realestate purchases.

Patti and Bob went above and beyond for us. We were getting a VA loan and they needed certain forms with the inspections. Patti got all the required forms and filled them out for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pricing depends on the square footage of the home being inspected and the type(s) of inspection(s) being requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We obtain their information and which inspection services suit their needs. We find a bundled package price for them if they need more than just a home inspection (radon testing, Wood Destroying insect inspection, mold inspection, indoor air quality testing, water testing, etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained, tested and certified by national home inspection industry organizations and standards. We update our training every 2 years for any updates to technology and standards.
