FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, access, risk, equipment requirements, and the level of execution the job demands. We focus on providing clear, honest pricing rather than cutting corners to be the cheapest number. Customers are paying for experience, professionalism, and work that is done properly, safely, and efficiently. Any additional work outside the original scope is always discussed before it is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with understanding the scope of work, site conditions, access, and overall project goals to make sure the job is a proper fit for our services. From there, we discuss the details, identify any important site or utility considerations, and provide a clear proposal outlining the work. Once approved, the project is scheduled and executed with a focus on communication, efficiency, and doing the work the right way the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on excavation and utility experience backed by real field training in trenching, utility work, vacuum excavation, site preparation, and equipment operation. My background has been built in active jobsite conditions where safety, efficiency, and precision are non-negotiable. That kind of experience translates directly into better planning, cleaner execution, and more dependable results for the customer.
