FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on square footage. We can do the best to provide you with an estimate but without seeing the area in question we won’t be able to give you an exact quote or know whether job is eligible for warranty. It is best to get an on-site inspection so we can assess the area in its entirety. Our inspection fee is $99 and that is always credited towards remediation if you decide to choose our company. Our reviews speak for themselves. We have a 100% customer guaranty and warranty all of our work, we do not just sell our services. We do provide price matching as well so never worry about not getting the best price possible again. In the event demolition of walls/carpets/insulation/ceiling tiles/etc. is needed, our company will perform the demolition and treatment, but we do not do the rebuild of the wall. We specialize in mold remediation and prefer to leave your rebuild to an expert in that field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our customer service team will walk you through the process from beginning to end, gathering all the necessary information to provide you a close estimate so that you can see if the project is feasible for you and so that you can feel comfort in knowing that your problem is going to be resolved by a company you can trust!
