- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an array of discounts for Seniors, First Responders, and Military. We also have coupons online. All discounts must be presented at the time of sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we must come out and inspect the property which in most cases is free, then we can quote the products, labor, and job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both, I was trained by my mentor Al Dark, who just passed away this year from cancer. God rest his soul and thanks to him I have all the knowledge needed to best the in the industry.
