- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Associates degrees one in culinary art and the other Hospitality management. I am also ServSafe certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with food for over 15 years I don't really remember how I started just have always done it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just catered a wedding at little buffalo state park. It was a lot of fun creating the perfect menu for the bride and groom. Planning took a few weeks but everything was made Friday and finished and served Saturday.
