First, let me say Paul and his employees did an absolutely amazing job on our fireplace!! We had just gone through an awful experience with another contractor and Paul came in and saved the day! He was extremely professional and took into consideration what we had just gone through and assured us this would be a much better experience, and it was! They put stone on the facade of our fireplace and it came out gorgeous! I would recommend PLB Masonry to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled professional mason to work with! Thank you!!

Paul did everything exactly as he said he would do. He arrived on time to evaluate the job and again when he came to hand deliver the estimate for the work. He started 2 days earlier than he said he would (asking if it was okay to start then) and finished the job in record time. Paul and his crew were clean, efficient, friendly and truly artists. My old stone retaining wall had collapsed and they used the old stone to rebuild the wall but they didn't stop there. Paul had recommended that we disassemble the wall, he'd clean up the stones to reuse and also make sure it had a proper foundation and drainage. Turns out there was no foundation on the original wall but my new wall is now sitting on a good solid foundation. The stone cleaned up so nice I am shocked at how beautiful the wall looks now! I love the work PLB Masonry did and they cleaned up after they left. Paul is now my "go to" guy for any and all masonry work I need in the future. And I have a lot I'm going to need! I am looking forward to seeing his designs for my back patio. Thanks PLB Masonry and Design!!

I had a very old stone retaining wall that needed repair. I wanted this wall to look just like it had prior to its break down. Mr. Bancroft totally understood what I wanted and repaired the wall beyond my expectations. His timely response and quality performance of this service is commendable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are too many variables to give standard pricing. That would be painting every Job and customer with the same brush. It simply, does not work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Difficult question, but a good one. Determining how we can best solve a customers problem while keeping them informed is how we work with new customers. We simply have to show them that we are here to help them accomplish there goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA training keeps us up on all the latest developments in safety. Networking with other contractors also works well to stay current
