What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading the latest fashion magazines and blogs. I follow many fashionistas of pinterest as well. Now that Next Up Fashion Consulting is established and moving along, I have plans to pursue a degree in fashion design and merchandising.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Next Up Fashion Consulting almost by accident. I have many friends in the music and fashion designing industries who, knowing my love for shopping, as me yo find things for them or help them find the right places for their needs. After being bombarded constantly I decided start charging them for the time, energy and gas I used for their benefit. From a gesture of friendship, Next Up Fashion Consulting was born. ..
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my services consist of image assessments and/or personal shopping. Now that fall is approaching I am getting an increase is requests for wardrobe makeovers.
