Tarps and plastic to cover the floors!!! Our hardwood floors were very damaged from them not putting anything down. Though they later tried to clean them it was too little too late. Everything and anything we owned was covered in the drywall dust. Additionally, they had very poor communication as to when they would arrive and leave for the day. We did appreciate that they got the job done within our time constraints even after we added a little additional work but at the same time we were disappointed with the finished result in two out of three of the spaces. There ended up being a lot of gaps between the ceiling and wall for example in the one room. I don’t like writing bad reviews however I believe they should have stated they couldn’t complete the whole project in time rather then the result we ended up with. And the last minute telling us we owned $1000 more was pretty ridiculous as well and should have been communicated the additional costs when we asked about adding to the project. I believe they do good work (the one room turned out very nice) but bit off more than they could chew on this project and need to take care to protect their customers belongings.
