Introduction: Unlike most trainers In10sity has a full interactive program that can keep you involved from all walks of live. Upon joining In10sity you will get your vary own customized nutritional program along with a daily education and motivation lead and done by the owner coach Reggie, a motivational speaker, personal trainer, group instructor and nutritional expert. You will learn how to Transcend your mind before your body. Then you will understand how to truly change your body. I enjoy seeing the inner and outer change in a person. But to see the confidence that my program worked within them. And for them to have the education and knowledge of self to even teach the people in their lives what they learned from In10sity.

I have only been with In10sity for two months, and it has already CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I am a wife, mother of five, and business owner. I am young, but have allowed life to get in the way. I've always taken care of everyone's everything and forgot about me! This past August I was over it. I didn't recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror, and I knew I it was time to make a change! I had been following In10sity for a few months and did nothing. Once I saw the transformation two of my friends had made through In10sity, I knew that was where I needed to be! Reggie has been an AMAZING coach! I have been welcomed by so many with open arms. In10sity is a life changer. I spent about 3 years trying different methods to lose weight and was unsuccessful. It became very frustrating. In10sity brings results, if you follow the program. I love team in10sity, the constant encouragement, meals, and most importantly the workouts.

From the time I joined In10sity Fitness I have had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was unlike any other fitness class and it felt more family oriented which increased my level of comfortability. It didn't matter your age or size; we were all there for the same reason - to get healthy and fit! The support that I received from Coach Reggie was always right on track, productive, beneficial, and right-on-time. Because of In10sity fitness I have continuously met my goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To talk to them and find out everything I can. Lifestyle, Limitations, schedule, stresses, eating habits, exercise habits. And then doing a full body evaluation reading BMI, BODY FAT PERCENTAGE, MUSCLE MASS %, TOTAL BODY WEIGHT, BONE DENSITY and then doing their body measurements. After payment is made I will create a customized nutritional program with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a personal trainer, group instructor, motivational speaker and nutritional expert.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by my own story of overcoming an obstacle physically. Once I overcame my life and saw the change I decided to help others to overcome theirs
