We are a remodeling/ house flipping company and normally use Clean Perspective on our projects. It's nice to have a contractor that we do not have to worry about. Communication is done thoroughly up front as to what is needed and as to what the end results should be. We are very demanding and so far Clean Perspective has been satisfactory. We use them for painting, cleanings, and some odd requests.

If you do not build a professonal relationship with your cleaner, odds are trust will be faint, and you will always feel like you have a stranger in your home; and I don't know about most people but I would not feel comftorable in that matter.
