Jax Mahan from TF Voyages planned a dream vacation in Italy for us. The entire schedule was so well planned that we were able to visit and enjoy all the places of interest on our list.
Jax provided great recommendations for shopping, dining and sight seeing. The skip-the-line tours helped us save a lot of time and the local tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Traveling all over Italy by high speed trains was fun and after a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to our excellent hotels and relax. When we met an unexpected train delay, Jax answered our phone call and provided alternate transportation suggestions and thanks to her quick thinking, we were able to continue our trip without any disruption. In our opinion, Jax went above and beyond and we are very thankful to her.
Thanks a lot Jax for making our dreams come true. You are on our speed dial for the next vacation in a couple of years :)

Easwar (& Uma & Vihaan) - It was absolutely DELIGHTFUL working with you to help plan your dream vacation! I loved exploring different options with you beforehand, the trust you exhibited in my recommendations, and especially getting the great positive feedback about your chosen hotels and tour experiences.
Your train “adventures” thankfully stopped after the flooding that impacted you enroute to Venice; I was happy that you were able to relax and enjoy the rest of your trip!
I will happily answer the call from you when you are ready for your next vacation.
Thank you for your very complimentary review, but especially for your travel business.
Jax

Working with Jackie at TF was the difference between a good trip and a fantastic trip. She handled all the details, deconficted itinerary conflicts and kept track of our progress. She anticipated problems and solved them. I would happily recommend TF travel to my friends.

Ally was amazing to work with! We planned a cruise on the Lower Mississippi with addition time in cities (Memphis and New Orleans) both before and after the cruise. Ally took care of all the arrangements, provided information on the different cruise lines so we could make an informed choice, and made sure we had appropiate trip insurance. She was responsive and available to answer questions, make changes (cruise line iternary necessitated), and keep me informed. The result was we had the BEST trip ever! I recommend TF Voyages and Ally without reservation and 100% will be using them to plan our next adventure.
