My price starts at $75.00 for Health Coaching Services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial intake, we discuss all information,we then decide together on a plan to follow. Where your Physician spends on average 17 min per visit, I spend at the very least an hour discussing your concerns about your health. I have an integrated approach and will work with you and your Dr. to provide a more holistic outcome. I focus on the foundations first, and go from there. We set up a plan that works for you, with goals that are achievable for your lifestyle. Also with my 28 years in Occupational Therapy I’m able to adapt your environment to make it easier for you after an accident or illness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Health Coach through Trinity School of Natural Health and Board Certified by the AADP. I’m also a DesBio practitioner, and am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Massage Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist, and I have a BS, MBA and MIS.
