- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New clients get $20 off their first session! All pricing for Services can be found on my website, which can be found in my profile. Gratuity/tips are not required for services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that New clients arrive to their scheduled appointment time 10-15 minutes early to fill out a short intake form and waiver. This will ensure that the appointment begins on time. After the form is completed, I walk through the form with the client to clarify any areas that may need further explanation. Areas that require attention, such as pain points, tight muscles, restricted range of motion, etc., are identified during this review. Once the review is complete and the type of treatment is confirmed by both myself and the client, I will exit the room so the client may undress to their level of comfort, and lay on the massage table under the sheets provided. PLEASE NOTE: *Areas of the body will ONLY be uncovered when being worked on. ** All private areas of the body will remain covered and avoided at ALL TIMES. Any sexual requests are unacceptable, inappropriate and will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment of booked session is still required if session is terminated due to these circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks in Pottstown, Pennsylvania and acquired my License for Massage Therapy in 2016. I continue to grow my knowledge of the anatomy of the body and new therapies through in-person and online Continuing Education Courses and independent studies.
