- What types of customers have you worked with?
I prefer to use the clients home furnishings if possible, this saves money and time renting furniture. I also look at the outside of the property, this is the first thing a buyer see's and it is very important to highlight. Plants, shrubs, clean windows etc. Decluttering is the number one job I enjoy. After all you have to pack up for your new home so this also benefits the buyer as well as presenting your home clutter free and open so the buyer can see all your home has to offer. Removing family pictures is a must, the new owner wants to envision themselves living there.Cleaning, floors carpets, windows, removing some window treatments and leaving in as much natural light as possible.Organizing closets, closet space is very important to a home buyer. Think about what you are looking for in a new home, the buyer of your home is no different.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to you is hire someone who will listen to your wants and needs.Relocating can be an exciting or very emotional time.I will do my best to take into consideration all of your needs down to the family pets, they are after all part of the family. I am a Certified Home Stager , I have the knowledge and experience needed to sell your home. We will work together to make the transition as smooth as possible. My main goal is to receive the asking price for your home, nothing is guaranteed but I believe with my services together we will accomplish the best price.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I want them to know that I love my job and enjoy every aspect of it, I find true joy in helping people relocate and sometimes it is not due to their choice, circumstances arise that family's have to sell their home ,so I try to be as commpasionate as I can to every situation.
