If I could give a negative number, I would. Please be aware of this "contractor." He damaged several items in my home, jacked up the price after quote, hardly ever showed up, smoked more than worked & left his cigarette butts all over the place. I was told by several businesses AFTER he was hired to "watch him." We had to hire a real contractor to correct & finish job.
