When an emergency occurs after advanced booking, make a referral to someone who will quote price that is equal to or less than your original quote. I booked the service a month in advance of the event. Beauty Angle called a week and a half before the event to inform me that she had to be out of town and referred me to someone else. The person to whom I was referred gave me quote that was almost 15% more than the original. It felt like a scam!
