- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is a $25.00 set up plus $1.00 per 1,000 stitches. Client is also responsible for shipping costs. I do carry some products such as blankets, towels, and sweat shirts. Additional products may become available in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually request all logos or design ideas to be emailed to me along with dimensions and placement. Once this information is received a proof is made and sent to the client for review and approval along with any edits. Once the client approves the design an invoice is sent to client the cost break down. Once payment is received the embroidery is stitched. Time frame of completion of the stitching depends on the number of stitches and items to be stitched.

I've been sewing and crafting for over 25 years.
