Mrs. Crawford created a Proposed Services based on the interview of Company principals. Proceeded rebranding and redesign of one site and branding of new site including taglines, colors, logo, stationery etc. Creation of branding for social media & e-mail template for e-newsletters; social media profile updates,selection of communities, schedule structure for blogs and postings, configured e-commerce on site, product pages, designed artwork of book cover, websites and postcard mailer,and copywriting. I liked her professional follow through on what she said she would do, integrity, flexibility and the excellent quality of her work. She clearly intended to understand our desires and carried them out artfully. She was available, responds promptly and provides ongoing consultation. Also she awards a credit for client referrals. We are continuing our working relationship and are very satisfied.
