- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we always try and use flat fees whenever possible to make it easier on our clients, and we offer payment plans when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree to accept you as a new client of the firm, your case will have the full resources of our team working to get you the best possible result. You will have multiple points of contacts within the firm to make sure that you are able to get questions answered when you need them, and we have live operators who answer the phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the number one litigation/trial program in the United States.
