- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on factors such as size of project, time required, amount of detail, degree of difficulty, travel, cost of materials and will always be written out in a detailed proposal for approval. Any additions or changes to the original proposal are detailed in a change order before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the specifics of a project and I will listen, ask questions and offer suggestions if it helps to clarify the parameters of a project. I will then submit a proposal with all the details defined and a total price for the project. A deposit of 50% will place the job on my schedule and I will purchase necessary supplies. The project will begin at the agreed upon time and proceed with updates provided as necessary until it is completed successfully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kutztown University where I majored in painting and drawing, and have had many years of on-the-job training and experience in scenic art for theatre, display and events, sign painting, textile illustration, product design, graphic and web design.
