- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We set a time for a free initial consultation call to learn about your professional background, experience, and career goals. 2) We thoroughly research your background, industry, and career goals and prepare the first draft of your new resume. 3) We present the draft to you and schedule a time to review and gather your feedback to make improvements and further optimize your resume. The process includes unlimited revisions until we deliver the perfect end product. 4) We deliver the final draft of your new resume in an editable word doc and PDF format. We then work on delivering any remaining collateral that is part of your order including a cover letter and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of Certified Professional Resume Writers and Career Coaches that have a minimum of 10 years' experience as Hiring Managers in Fortune 500 companies. We have written thousands of professional resumes and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific keywords to ensure your résumé will get you hired.
