Introduction: I provide rental property clean outs and I provide residential house cleaning. residential house cleaning can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or once monthly. I also have been doing some organization in homes for people who have a problem keeping things organized. I also do spring cleaning between March 1st and May 1st which include windows. my quotes for windows are for the inside only unless they are the Tilt in window type then those windows will be done on the outside. Just being able to go from something messy to something bright and clean is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm all up for a challenge. no job is too big or too small.

Only does the inside of windows unless they pull from the inside. Charge was $300 but did not know that was for 30 windows. Apparently it is on the website.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is basically based on how often I clean your home. it's based on how many people it will take to clean. it's based on how many hours it will take to clean. when it comes to spring cleaning, windows are priced by piece they are inside only quotes unless they are the Tilt in window types then they will be quoted for both in and out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them at their home. We go over my contract terms I speak with them about their preferences on what they want cleaned whether it be a weekly bi-weekly or monthly I give them a proposal drape and if the contract is accepted there is a deposit that is good for one year in which case after 90 days you can quit the contract for whatever reason with a 30 day notice in which case you would don't get your contract deposit back
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out helping my grandmother when I was 7 years old cleaning friends homes her home small offices in apartment buildings she always nickname to me daddy's little helper and it just makes me feel good to help other people do things that they don't have the time to do.
