High quality work. Responded quickly and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Considerate! Came very early in the morning and worked a very long day, just to get everything done in a day with minimal inconvenience. Also wore booties on his shoes so as to not get my floor dirty. Good guy. Will definitely hire again for maintenance of the new system he put in for me - and would hire again in 20 plus years when I need a new system again.

Mike from HCP was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was able to diagnose and fix my AC unit within an hour. I already hired him a second time to perform maintenance on another unit.

Mike Blackwell of HCP Services arrived promptly to perform maintenance on my air conditioner. He checked every component carefully, changed the filter and cleaned all parts that needed cleaning. He also answered all my questions. His charge for the service call was very reasonable. I plan to call on him again in the winter for maintenance on my furnace. I don’t think I could find a more professional technician in the HVAC field.

Mike has Excellent technical skills. Our AC was not working and he came within an hour and identified the problem. He even told us that the parts in need are in warranty and he will work with the company to get the parts delivered and he will repair everything once the parts arrive.
