Univers Air was amazing! They were on time, and had open communication about the AC problem. They stayed and did tests to insure everything was fixed and running correctly! I highly recommend them!

I was happy to find this company especially since I needed a second opinion . They were able to identify the problem in a shorter time compared to others prior. They seemed very knowledgeable and tried their best to explain the issue and the probable causes. They also appeared very friendly, empathetic and genuine—and that is difficult to find these days. Lastly, I received guidance to complete yearly maintenance and other tips to improve the life of my unit. I am glad that they were responsive and was quick to help. Much appreciated
