Started off good, did an assessment, talked about ideas etc. Then it went all down hill. Paid for plans that I never received. Tried to contact her multiple times without a response. Good thing I paid through Paypal, was able to get a full refund through their process.

She came with short notice and after listening to us, gave us terrific advice on color choices for our kitchen cabinets. Showed us a number of options to consider after looking at our decoration style. Very pleasant and helpful.
