Introduction: I am a freelance wedding cake baker and decorator. I choose to do freelance, so that way I can always follow my passion. I believe that you should never accept a wedding cake that you couldn't see yourself getting married with. This is because if you don't like what you're doing, your best will not go into it. I also greatly enjoy doing small petit fours and desserts. I have a bachelor's degree in cake decorating and pastry arts, so you'll know your guests are in good hands!
