My experience with Wolverton & Property Management was Fantastic. Wolverton took over property management for the apartment I was living in. On my first meeting with Will he asked me if I needed anything looked at or was there anything that needed to be addressed. Even though I was not going to be a tenant at that building, Will treated me with kindness, respect and great service. He notified the current owners about the state of my apartment and within the hour he contacted the owners so I could receive my full security deposit back.
I am very satisfied with Wolverton & Property Management and Im not even a tenant of theirs. I can only imagine how well they treat their current tenants.

We own several properties on the Main Line. We used Wolverton to rent several vacant properties and they rented each of them in less than 30 days. They handled the entire lease process and were very professional. We are considering using their property management services as well.

I had my property listed for sale with another Well known real estate broker and had trouble getting the property under contract. I finally decided to rent it out and make some money while waiting for the market to pick up. I was referred to Wolverton & Co, Property Management and within 2 weeks they had found me a qualified tenant, got the house in order(touch up painting, landscape work, new door and railings). Very happy with the service, well worth the fee. Best referral I have gotten in a long time.
