- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All service agreement customers get 15% off normal working hours, 30% off after hours. Maintenance calls pay $0 service call fee. All costs besides the standard service call fee are quoted before any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers receive the same treatment as people whom I have been servicing for years. Accurate assessments, fair pricing, and priority service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA section 608 Universal certification. NATE Certification. 13 years of experience.
