- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For grass mowing I go by the size of the yard. Force Heating and Air Redding I go by the size of the spot that needs taking care of. For plants and shrubs planting or removing I go by the number and the size.. for mulching I go by an hourly rate. For flower planting also an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just tried to let the customers get to know me first. I listen to what they have to say I explain to them what needs to be done and how I'm going to go about doing it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Phoenix degree in botany. And the biggest education is day-to-day work there's nothing like doing it every day to to teach you what you need to know.
