Do not hire Tuttle Construction. Rick Tuttle,owner of Tuttle Construction Wants money up front and then will not finish or perform the work! He cheated so many people out of money for work not performed or finished, in Pennsylvania.Virgina,and surrounding states.He has judgements against him in Pennsylvania and Virgina that I discovered online Searching his background! He then skips town to avoid the judgements,also Fleeing those states.
Rick Tuttle is not Trustworthy.
I would not Hire him again to build a dog house!
We also have a judgement against him in Pennsylvania. He Has since fled the state to Virginia!
