- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a former police office I have always wanted to help people. I do not consider myself a sales person but more of an educator. Helping people to better understand their opinions and make a common sense decision when it comes to protecting their family or business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Security systems / home automation systems are very popular however CCTV or security cameras are gaining in home use and continue to be necessary in the commercial application.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and look at history. Today we see to many fly by night security companies that are here to sell you something but never around to fix their mistakes. With 9 regional locations we are able to cover and service a large area. We also equip each service vehicle with GPS so when calls come in we are able to dispatch in a timely manor.
