He has done a number of remedial fix ups correcting poor construction on my house built by others 10 years ago. He not only knows the right way things should be done; but creatively works around the mistakes of others to put things right. These have not been trivial tasks. Among them was the replacement of all of the exterior trim when the stucco had to be stripped off and replaced. This is a 6,000 sq ft house.

Bret fully remodeled our bathroom and did an excellent job. Of particular note was the amazing job he did building our bathroom vanity from scratch. It turned out beautifully!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to a few different contractors and don't choose based solely on price alone. Get references! Ask to see examples of work. Make sure when you are comparing bids, you are comparing apples to apples, lots of times things are left out which can really change the price in the end.
