I provide upfront pricing based on the scope of the project. For smaller jobs, I can often provide a flat-rate quote after seeing photos or discussing the work. Materials are typically separate unless otherwise specified.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the project and asking for photos when helpful. I then provide an estimate and discuss the scope of work before scheduling. Once everything is agreed upon, I complete the work carefully and leave the workspace clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from hands-on home improvement and repair projects. I take a careful, detail-oriented approach and only take on work that I am qualified and equipped to complete properly.
